Due to disturbing signals concerning possible copyright violations being made by students, I remind that art. 312 ust. 3 of Law of 20 July 2018 on higher education and scienctific law (PSWN Law), in relation with art. 287 ust. 2 pt. 1-5 of PSWN Law, actions such as: usurping or misleading the authorship of other people’s work as well as distributing it without valid citations including the original author or violation of copyright laws o rany related laws give rise to disciplinary proceedings with disciplinary penalties going as far as expulsion from the University (art. 308 ust. 5 of PSWN LAW).
