In less than a month, the International Maria Curie-Skłodowska Congress, titled "Innovation is a Woman: Science – Business – Education," will take place in Lublin. This prestigious event is one of the key initiatives marking the 80th anniversary of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University.
This initiative will bring together leaders from business, science, and education, including prominent figures from the Polish economic and scientific spheres, as well as representatives from government administration. Participants will also include members of the Conference of Rectors of Polish Universities (KRUP) and the ATHENA consortium of European universities.
In addition to panel discussions, the Congress will feature an immersive session with an interactive avatar of Maria Curie and the inaugural edition of the innovative project "Maria Curie Exploratorium." For those with artistic interests, the program will offer a performance of The Elements of Life, a play about Maria Curie-Skłodowska, and a concert by the Polish Radio Chamber Orchestra "Amadeus," conducted by Agnieszka Duczmal.
Full event details can be found in the program. Registration is now open, but spaces are limited, so we encourage you to secure your spot promptly. We look forward to your participation!
