On October 24-25, the Institute of Social Communication and Media Sciences will host a full-time workshop on:
Structure of the project budget
Analysis of an application form and tips for grant writing excellence, impact and implementation
The series of trainings is aimed at both researchers experienced in submitting European grants, as well as researchers new to this area, and especially doctoral students of UMCS.
The workshop will be led by REINITIALISE project partners:
Barbara Chiucconi: head of the Grants Office at the University of Macerata. She is an experienced coordinator of 7FP and Horizon 2020 projects, and has been organizing and conducting trainings for PhD students and post-docs on transversal skills since 2012. He is the contact person at the University of Macerata for the European Commission on the HR Excellence in Research Strategy.
Dr. Claudio Carlone is the director of Eurocentro S.r.l. in Italy, a company specializing in managing and applying for funds for EU projects. Thus, he has many years of experience in managing, administering and monitoring projects, providing support to organizations and partners in budget-related matters (including administrative and financial reporting to ensure proper disbursement of funds and compliance with all reporting requirements).
