A message for non-teacher employees - understanding the interest in vaccinations against COVID-19
Dear Sir or Madam,
In connection with counteracting and preventing the spread of COVID-19, the University Authorities are making efforts to include employees who are not academic teachers in the vaccination program.
For this purpose, interested employees, please provide the HR and Payroll Center with a completed template of the attached declaration by 15th April 2021.
At the same time, I would like to inform you that submitting such a declaration is not a registration for vaccinations, but only - at the moment - assessing the number of employees interested in vaccination organized by the University.
I want to inform you that the submission of your declaration at the University does not preclude individual registration by the guidelines of state authorities and vaccination at the vaccination point indicated by the National Health Fund.
In order to improve the entire process, I would like to ask all Deans, Directors and Managers of organizational units, as direct superiors of employees who are not academic teachers, to allow them to read the statement and deliver it to the UMCS HR and Payroll Center as soon as possible.
