Dear Candidates,

recruitment documents for UMCS Doctoral Schools should be submitted in person at the Office of the Doctoral Schools or sent by post, by registered mail without confirmation of receipt. In the case of sending documents by post, a copy of the master's diploma must be certified by the home university or a notary public.

Beside all foreign diplomas must confirmed by apotille or legalized. Detailed information about apostille and legalization can be found in the Doctoral Schools tab - Admission 2020/21.

Only candidates from outside of Poland can send scans by e-mail. (does not apply to the Doctoral School of Quantitative and Natural Sciences).
