Applications may be submitted only by new first-year students enrolled in:
- first-cycle, bachelor’s degree programmes,
- second-cycle, master’s degree programmes,
- long-cycle, 5-year master’s degree programmes,
- PhD programmes.
To log into the USOSweb system for the first time, visit the following website: https://login.umcs.pl/ and click on “Reset password”. On the next page, type in the e-mail address provided while registering for a study programme. You will shortly receive an e-mail notification with your login and a link to set a new password (remember to check your SPAM and notifications folders).
Applications for on-campus housing should be submitted ONLY via the USOSweb system.

Applicants with disabilities, requesting a placement in University-provided housing, should deliver copies of documents which confirm circumstances referred to in the application submitted via the USOSweb (if the documents have not already been delivered to the relevant dean’s office):
- in person, to the Commission for Student Dormitories (the Office for Student Affairs of the Centre for Education and Studies Management, “Helios” dormitory, room 5, Monday–Friday, 9:00–14.30) or
- send scans of relevant documents to: akademik@poczta.umcs.lublin.pl
Individuals with visual impairments and those who use a wheelchair or walk on crutches should indicate this fact on Page 4 in the USOSweb system. This information will help the Comission to assign the applicant to the appropriate housing.
After 17th September 2018, the Commission for Dormitories will publish the results of the second round of applications for on-campus housing in the USOSweb system.
The choice of assigned places must be confirmed ONLY on the USOSweb platform by 25th September 2018 at the latest.
