I am aware that: Providing data in the form and its submission in connection with the application for participation in the conference is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose of processing. Failure to provide data prevents application and participation in the conference Towards development of mediatization research. In order to organize the conference Towards development of mediatization research VII, Maria Curie-Sklodowska University acquires personal data from interested persons to the extent indicated in this form.
I am aware of my rights under the law, including rectification of data, objection to data processing, request to delete data from the UMCS database, as well as the right to revoke consent at any time, and that revocation will not affect the legality of actions taken during the consent period. If this right is exercised, participation in the Towards development of mediatization research conference will not be possible. The administrator of the data is the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS), based in Lublin, pl. Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej, 20-031 Lublin. Personal data (to the extent consistent with the form) are provided by persons applying for participation in the Towards development of mediatization research conference voluntarily, nevertheless without providing them it is not possible to participate in the event. They are collected by UMCS solely for the purpose of processing them for the realization of the conference. They will be processed on the basis of consent, for the period of its validity, and will not be subject to further processing or profiling, nor will automated decisions be made based on them. The data subject has the right to access the data, the possibility of rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, the right to data portability and to revoke consent at any time, which will result in the deletion of the data from the database of persons participating in the Towards development of mediatization research conference, and also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
