COVID-19 vaccinations for UMCS employees, students and co-workers
In relation to the introduction of the “workplace vaccination program against COVID-19” all:
- UMCS employees,
- students and doctoral students who are older than 18 years old,
- people cooperating with UMCS (employed on the basis of civil law agreements or individual entrepreneurships)
are encouraged to submit a declaration of participation in the vaccination campaign organised by our University.
Submit your declaration via the registration form which has been prepared on this account.
It is advised to send the declaration of participation quickly. The application form will be available until May 7, 2021 till 3 p.m.
We would like to inform that the application for the creation of a vaccination point at UMCS will be submitted soon, therefore all information on the expected dates of vaccination will be provided shortly. Polish Government's Strategic Reserves Agency is in charge of all decisions connected with establishing a vaccination point at UMCS, dates and types of vaccine.
At the same time, all members of UMCS community who have registered for UMCS vaccination under the National Vaccination Program are encouraged to take advantage of the scheduled vaccination dates.
