In order to register for a student ID card:

1. Log in to your profile in the Online Application System (IRK) and select “Request a student ID card” from the Catalogue tab: (=> click here),
2. Upload a current ID-style photograph (en face) into your account,
3. Pay the administrative fee of 17 PLN. (International students enrolled in UMCS may pay the fee upon their arrival in Poland).

Payment form can be accessed in the Online Application System (IRK). To download the form, go to the main page of your profile and click “My payments”.

Failure to fulfil the above-mentioned requirements will prevent or delay the receipt of your card. Student ID cards will be available for collection at the dean’s office from 1^st October 2018. The student ID card entitles students to discounts on public transport and numerous reductions in selected cinemas, gyms or museums.
