A cyclical event that takes place twice a year at the Department of British and American Studies of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and analyzes and discusses multivariate visions of the U.S. presented in literary texts, non-fiction, film and arts. The themes include (but they are not limited to) the main developments in American fiction, political, social, and cultural transformations of the USA, the key problems of contemporary American society as reflected in literature, etc.
