About the Program Program combines 2 areas of Sales work in which you will have the chance to learn skills which every good sales leader needs to have:
1. Already in the first phase of your journey, you are fully responsible for your own accounts. You will influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, sufficient stock level and learn priceless retail experience for your future.
2. You will co-lead the business with one of our retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee responsible for a category or a customer. You will plan and develop business, learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom.
