Main responsibilities
-A finance leader and business partner - you'll provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions with a real impact on the direction of the business. -A problem solver – you will gain in-depth business and market dynamics understanding, able to analyze data, identify key insights and provide financial competence to the business. -A risk taker – you'll take ownership of big, meaningful projects from Day 1 to transform and streamline the business as well as local and regional operation
You can also expect to be: -Using your Finance and Analytical skills to create an immediate impact on the business for 10 countries across Central Europe; -Leading long-term planning & framing the key strategic choices in the context of value creation; -Working with big data sets to spot patterns and build impactful insights to craft P&G business strategies; -Given responsibility for the business, financial analysis and internal audit from day one
