Topics of Interest and Call for Scientists and Scholar Submissions

The potential participants are invited to prepare a presentation that covers a wide range of issues related to crisis of the institutional and legal foundations of the existing world order, including the following:

• The inability of the world community to prevent Russian aggression against Ukraine as a sign of the weakness of the existing world order.
• The low efficiency of the global and regional organizations in the context of confronting the threats that were generated by Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
• Aggression against Ukraine after its nuclear disarmament: real and potential consequences.
• Reforming the global and regional organizations as a response to their low efficiency in the context of countering Russia's illegal actions on the international arena.
• Documenting and condemning the criminal actions of the Putin regime in Ukraine: the current state of affairs and prospects.
• The presence of the Russian Federation in the UN Security Council and in the UN as a whole: dubious legal grounds, challenges and threats to the civilized world, the search for ways to resolve legal collisions.
