What will happen during UMCS Open Days?
UMCS Open Days feature a variety of events – from general sessions, including meetings with representatives of the Regional Examination Board (OKE) and presentations of our educational offer, to faculty-specific events where you can dive into your field of interest. For example, you’ll be able to mold clay vessels, use a 3D printer, or learn analog photography.
General program highlights:
- We kick off the Open Days with the Lublin High School and Technical School Ranking Gala – Perspektywy 2025, with a meeting with Deputy Child Rights Ombudsman Mr. Adam Chmura, who will give a lecture titled "Your rights, your voice – how to be effectively heard in the adult world."
- Highly anticipated discussions about final exams (Polish language, modern foreign language, and mathematics) by representatives of the Regional Examination Board (OKE).
- Presentation of UMCS educational offers and recruitment guidelines in Polish and Ukrainian.
- Presentations from all 12 UMCS Faculties at information stands throughout the day.
- Workshops for teachers.
- Career counseling for students – prospective university candidates.
- Consultation point for international candidates.
- Guided tours of the Academic Campus in Polish and Ukrainian.
- A field game.
- A tournament for the UMCS Rector's Cup.

On this day, events showcasing the university’s offer will be held across all UMCS Faculties. You’ll have the chance to talk with lecturers and students – find out what studying really looks like and immerse yourself in the academic atmosphere.
