Continuing his visit to the United States, Prof. Paweł Pasierbiak visited the School of Business at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., on April 22-23, 2024. Invited by Dr. Laura D’Antonio, he conducted classes titled "Transformation of the Polish Economy since the 1990s".
Following lectures conducted by Dr. Monika Wojtas and Prof. Pawel Pasierbiak in October of the previous year, this was another opportunity to meet with GWU students. The undertaken initiatives are part of a broader cooperation that the Faculty of Economics of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) is striving to develop with the GW School of Business. Both institutions have submitted an application for a teacher and student exchange under the Erasmus+ KA171 program, and the results will be known around September. Fingers crossed!
