Dear Students and Doctoral Students of UMCS!
This is to inform you that the first round of application for accommodation in the student dormitory for the academic year 2024/2025 is now open.
From June 10th to June 28th, 2024, students may apply for accommodation in the student residence halls for the academic year 2024/2025.
The opportunity to apply is available for those planning to pursue their studies at the university during the academic year 2024/2025, including current students and doctoral students progressing to higher years of the same educational level.
Please submit your applications for accommodation through the USOSweb.
Schedule:
- June 10-28, 2024 - submission of applications via the USOSweb system,
- after July 7, 2024 - announcement of results through USOSweb,
- by July 15, 2024 - confirmation by the student in USOSweb of accepting the allocated place,
- by July 22, 2024 - payment of reservation fee/deposit (400 PLN).
At the same time, we notify that applicants seeking accommodation for specific reasons, such as individuals with disabilities, single parents, student couples, and those raised in single-parent households due to the death of one or both parents, are required to upload supporting documentation confirming their circumstances (e.g., disability certificate, copy of the child's birth certificate, marriage certificate, or parent's death certificate) on screen 6 within the USOSweb system.
Helios Student Dormitory is excluded from the application process for the academic year 2024/2025.
