Lublin Soil Science School - 1st edition
Aim: The main goal of the school is to familiarize participants with the basic types of soils in Central and Eastern Poland (including lessive soil, rusty soil, brown soil, black soil, mud, rendzina soil, anthropogenic soil).
Form of classes: Field workshops, i.e. work on previously prepared and described (using the criteria of the Polish Soil Science Society and the World Reference Base) soil profiles When: September 22-23, 2022
Location: Lublin and its immediate vicinity School addressees: students and doctoral students of all fields of study, and other people (there is no age limit) who want to obtain basic practical knowledge in the field of "soil profile reading", including soil-forming processes that led to the development of this profile.
Cost: 690 PLN - includes, among others conference materials and meals (two lunches and dinner). Accommodation on your own (we can provide suggestions in this regard)
