On 7th April, the video conference "Europe. Lublin. European Education" took place. The meeting with Ukrainian partners and youth was held as part of the celebration of "Europe Day-2021" in Ukraine. The meeting was organized by the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and the Krzemieńczuk City Development Institute (Ukraine).
The following speakers attended a meeting:
During the videoconference, participants discussed the issues of European integration of the Republic of Poland, financing of EU projects, the transformation of Poland after joining the EU, the transformation of Lublin over the last 15 years, the development of UMCS. The UMCS educational offer was presented. The participants of the videoconference virtually visited the UMCS campus. In the end, there was a discussion and also discussed areas of possible cooperation.
The video conference is another meeting within the framework of cooperation between UMCS and the Krzemieńczuk City Development Institute (Ukraine). The previous meetings ended with the signing of an agreement between UMCS and the National University in Kremenchuk.
