The following speakers attended a meeting:

• Michał Banaś, Vice-Consul, Head of the Department of Polish Diaspora, Legal Affairs and Consular Assistance of the General Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Kharkiv
• Professor dr hab. Dorota Kołodyńska, UMCS Vice-Rector for Students and Education Quality,
• Andrii Melnyk, Deputy Director of the Krzemieńczuk City Development Institute, President of the Association for International Development and Business,
• dr Taras Bondarenko, Specialist of the Recruitment Office of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University
• Maryna Makarenko, a student at UMCS, winner of the "Talents at UMCS" competition

During the videoconference, participants discussed the issues of European integration of the Republic of Poland, financing of EU projects, the transformation of Poland after joining the EU, the transformation of Lublin over the last 15 years, the development of UMCS. The UMCS educational offer was presented. The participants of the videoconference virtually visited the UMCS campus. In the end, there was a discussion and also discussed areas of possible cooperation.

The video conference is another meeting within the framework of cooperation between UMCS and the Krzemieńczuk City Development Institute (Ukraine). The previous meetings ended with the signing of an agreement between UMCS and the National University in Kremenchuk.
