The 2nd Work in Culture Forum started in Chatka Żaka. These are two-day (10th-11th June), the first in Poland meetings of professionals and practitioners of culture and graduates and people looking for a job in this sector. This year's edition is devoted to young people in the labour market. During a series of presentations, webinars, and workshops conducted by nearly thirty speakers, participants will be able to prepare for the recruitment process, improve their professional competencies, learn about the labour market and marketing approach to culture, and establish cooperation with entrepreneurs. They will learn how to lead a team, manage their own image, and implement their own ideas.
