Scholarship in the NAWA program for an employee of UMCS

We are pleased to announce the success of Dr Ewelina Kancik-Kołtun from the UMCS Institute of Political Sciences and Administration (Department of Public Administration) in the program of personal exchange of scientists under the bilateral cooperation of the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) with the Tempus Public Foundation in Hungary.

Dr Ewelina Kancik-Kołtun received a Hungarian government scholarship for the research project: "Political parties, local government and civil society in Hungary". As part of the project, Dr Ewelina Kancik-Kołtun will take a two-month research internship at the University of Miskolc (Hungary) in 2022, where she will conduct social research, query the faculty library and conduct classes for students.

The aim of the personal exchange program for scientists, implemented by the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), is to increase Polish higher education internationalisation and establish academic cooperation.
