Students who were allocated a place in on-campus accommodation for the academic year 2018/19 can move into their designated residence hall on the following dates:
- 29th September 2018 (Saturday) from 10.00 to 15.00
- 30th September 2018 (Sunday) from 10.00 to 15.00
- 1st October 2018 r. (Monday) from 08.00 to 15.00
- 2nd October 2018 (Tuesday) from 08.00 to 15.00
Pursuant to Article §12 (2) of Regulations of the Student Residence Halls, students who will not move-in by 15.00, 2nd October 2018 at the latest, will lose their designated place in on-campus accommodation.

Students accepted to bachelor and master degree programmes taught in English, please contact the International Student Office for general assistance.
Arriving early
Most residence halls undergo renovations over the summer, therefore you can only arrive early (that is before 29th September) if you received permission from the residence hall manager.
Students who arrive early are charged a fee for each night.
Arriving late
Students who are unable to move in by 2nd October, yet wish to keep their reserved place open, are expected to make the payment for the full month, even if they arrive late.
If you will be arriving late, please notify the residence hall administration and International Student Office (students accepted to programmes taught in English).
