Prize of the First Rector of the University of Lodz, Prof. Tadeusz Kotarbiński

The recruitment for the competition for the First Rector of the University of Lodz, Professor Tadeusz Kotarbiński, for outstanding research work in humanities. The competition promotes research, humanities publications and the humanities itself. It is the only award of this kind in Poland. Its laureate receives PLN 50,000 for further scientific development.

Works for the competition may be submitted by universities, university organizational units, institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences, scientific publishers and other scientific institutions.

Books can be sent in the traditional form to the address of the Rector's Office of the University of Łódź, Łódź, ul. Narutowicza 68, 90-136 or by e-mail to the following address: nagroda.kotarbinskiego@uni.lodz.pl with a written recommendation from the head of the reporting unit. The publisher's consent to use:

book covers, marketing descriptions of the book from publicly available sources for promotional and marketing purposes.

The publisher's consent may be sent in the form of an e-mail.

Nominated people will be asked to submit an additional five copies of their books.
