On 17th March 2021, has been an online meeting of the UMCS Rector, prof. Radosław Dobrowolski and Vice-Rector for Students and Quality of Education prof. Dorota Kołodyńska with 13 winners of this year's edition of the Minister of Education and Science scholarship.
For significant scientific, artistic or sports achievements for the 2020/2021 academic year, the scholarship was awarded to:
Among 861 applications that meet the conditions for receiving a scholarship, the Minister of Education and Science selected a group of 362 students who were awarded a scholarship for significant scientific, artistic or sports achievements for the 2020/2021 academic year. Among the laureates, there were as many as 13 students from the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, who, with their work and persistence, proved that they are passionate about science and people with open minds.
The scholarship is paid out once, and its amount is PLN 17,000.
Congratulations to all the winners, and thank you for the effort they put into their scientific development.
