I round of applications for on-campus accommodation for the academic year 2016/2017 is now open.

ATTENTION!

Between 20 May and 20 June 2016 only the following students shall file the applications for a place in a dormitory:

• I to IV-year students of long-cycle programmes,
• I, II-year bachelor’s degree students (3-year programmes),
• I, II, and III-year engineer’s degree students (3,5-year programmes),
• I-year students of second-cycle programmes,
• doctoral students.

Note: Prospective I-year students of first-cycle and second-cycle programmes shall file their applications in consecutive rounds.

II round: 1 August – 22 August 2016

Foreign students admitted to the I year of study at first-cycle (bachelor’s degree) and long-cycle programmes shall file their applications in paper form to the Office of Student Affairs of the Centre for Education and Studies Management, “Helios” dormitory, room 5, Monday–Friday, 9:00–14.30.

III round: 22 August – 10 September 2016

Foreign students admitted to the I year of study at second-cycle (master’s degree) and doctoral programmes shall file their applications in paper form to the Office of Student Affairs of the Centre for Education and Studies Management, “Helios” dormitory, room 5, Monday–Friday, 9:00–14.30.
