Diagnosis of the needs of the academic community in terms of gender equality and anti-discrimination measures
As part of the implementation of the Gender Equality Plan at UMCS, the Equality Team is conducting a survey of the needs of the academic community in terms of gender equality and anti-discrimination measures.
Therefore, we would like to make a sincere request for you to complete an anonymous survey. Your participation in the survey, as well as your opinion and experiences, are very important to us.
The data collection process is fully anonymised, it is in no way possible to recognise the Author or Author of specific statements. It is very important to give honest and truthful answers. This will allow for the collection of reliable data, which will be compiled in the form of an aggregate report and made available on the UMCS website, under the ‘Equality’ tab. They will also be used to prepare a comprehensive programme for equal opportunities and anti-discrimination at UMCS.
