The procedure of applying for on-campus housing for 2024/25 academic year starts on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 and lasts until Sunday, August 18, 2024.
ATTENTION
Dear students and doctoral students of UMCS
II round of applying for accommodation in student Residence Halls for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Applications for a place in a student residence hall for the 2024/2025 academic year can be submitted from August 7 to August 18, 2024.
Applications can be submitted by persons who have been admitted to studies (first year of the first cycle, first year of the second cycle, first year of long-cycle Master's degree study programmes and first year of doctoral schools) starting from the academic year 2024/2025.
Applications for a place in a student residence hall can be submitted exclusively through the USOSweb.
How to log in to the USOSweb for the first time?
To log into the USOSweb system for the first time (after 7 August 2024), visit the following website: https://login.umcs.pl/login?locale=pl, set the page language to English and click on “Reset password”. On the next page, type in the e-mail address provided during registration for a study programme. You will get your login ID when setting the password (the page will display "Your IDs are: ..."). You will shortly receive an e-mail notification with a link to set a new password (remember to check your SPAM and notifications folders).
Paper applications will not be accepted.

We also inform that persons applying for a place due to special circumstances, i.e. persons with disabilities, single parents, student marriages, and individuals who have grown up in single-parent families due to the death of one or both parents – are required to upload a scanned document verifying their situation (disability certificate, child's birth certificate, marriage certificate, parent's death certificate) on screen 6 in the USOSweb system.
Individuals who are blind or have mobility impairments are required to indicate this fact in the justification of the application on screen 4 in the USOSweb. It will facilitate an appropriate selection of a place in the student residence hall. ATTENTION! Helios and Grześ Residence Halls are excluded from the application process for the 2024/2025 academic year.
