Elizabeth Freund Larus (Ph.D. Virginia) is a Professor of Political Science and International Affairs at the University of Mary Washington. Prior to joining the college faculty in 1997, worked as a press secretary on Capitol Hill. She has published three books and more than 25 book chapters and scholarly articles.
